Heat Bed PCBs for Edge Connector

Edge connector upgrade for JourneyMaker and Positron LT 3D printers

Product Details 

• 2 PCBs
• Edge Connector 
• Moxel Connector and Crimps x 4
   

Build Instructions 

1. Solder the Edge connector onto the smaller board. 
2. Trim the pins sticking out of the back of the board (Ignoring this step will result in the pins shorting with the z-axis carriage). 
3. Place the smaller board onto the larger board
4. Use 2 m3 bolts and nuts to hold the boards together 
5. Solder the 4 pads (Do not overfill)
6. Solder the Molex connector to the PCB 
7. Crimp the wire connections (alternative to using the Molex connector you can use 90-degree header pins to directly solder the wires onto. Use heat shrink for insulation)
